We wanted to upgrade our small business pages, giving customers the info they're looking for, while speaking to them in a way that showed we understand their needs. That was the easy part. More difficult? Including important SEO phrases to keep up our rank while still staying clever in our messaging. These pages have been hugely successful, getting rave reviews from small business owners, while staying in the top of search results. 

If you're searching questions as a small business owner, we want to be the one answering them. Through constant updating and detailed research, we're always upping our SEO game. Most recently was a set of 13 new videos geared to small business owners, written to simplify complex insurance lingo, while including necessary SEO.

One of my main responsibilties at The Hartford is overseeing our company website and creating compelling copy for a wide range of audiences - from stakeholders, to potential candidates, to current employees and various customers.
